NOLSC will take a limited number of reservations for dates that are open. The cost is $1.50 per foot for the first night. The second night is free if you are from a reciprocal Club. Additional nights are $1.00 per foot. These charges are prepaid by credit card and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Inside dockage is NOT guaranteed, even with a reservation. E-mail a reservation to Reservations.
NOLSC will make every effort to accommodate all visitors in our limited space. However, you may raft on the outside dock at your own risk.
All visitors requiring guest dockage must tie their boat up at the VISITORS DOCK, specially marked for this purpose, and sign in with the Club staff pending available space. (Check with attendant)
At no time during the Club hours of operations shall there be any one boat tied up to the fuel dock for more than 15 minutes.
Rafting from the fuel dock or anywhere inside the marina is prohibited.
Guest privileges have been designed so as to take into account the challenges and opportunities available to the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club in light of its unique location.
Subject to availability of space, visitors wishing to stay more than one day must sign in with the Club staff before 10:00 a.m. of each day. In the interest of making the Club available to as many visitors as possible it may be necessary to limit the stay of boats during peak periods.
When leaving, visitors must sign out with the Club staff before 10:00 a.m.
The Club staff may position visiting boats about the marina to best suit the interests of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club.
Unattended visiting yachts that have not signed in for the day, may be moved to a location more suitable to the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club as determined by the Club staff and are subject to a surcharge equal to 100% of the per diem fee otherwise payable for each day or part thereof in which the yacht is left unattended.
All visitors shall be subject to all the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club's regulations and policies.
Visitors are required to dispose of their garbage into the containers placed on the premises. BBQ coal and ashes must be doused with water before being placed in the garbage containers.
Visitors are requested to maintain the Club washrooms by observing the same standards of cleanliness and good order that they observe in their own home. Visitors are requested to assist in energy conservation by reducing the waste of water and power.
The Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club reserves the right to prohibit entry and use of the Club premises to the visitor whose behaviour contravenes the bylaws and policies of the Club, or which is harmful or injurious to the interests of the members of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club.
All dogs must be on a leash. They can be exercised along the fence perimeter and everyone is requested to clean up after their own animals.
No washing of dishes and/or clothing is permitted in the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club washrooms.
Clubhouse regulations are posted upstairs in the Clubhouse.
The Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club assumes no responsibility for loss through fire, theft, collision, or other damage to the boat or it's contents. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club and its staff assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred during relocation of a boat by the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club staff. The Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club assumes no responsibility for personal injury or death to the owner, crew, family, or guest anywhere on the premises of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club or docks whether due to negligence of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Sailing Club or otherwise. The above also applies to the boat owner, his family, crew, or guest.
